August 28, 2025: Lafayette, LA 70501 John Paul the Great Academy Guardians (Lafayette, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool (Lake Charles, LA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Guardians (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Acadiana Christian (New Iberia, LA). The Lions come into the challenge with a 2-1 record.
Next, the meet the Lake Area HomeSchool Sports Wildcats (Sulphur, LA) in a test, on Tuesday, September 16. Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.
