North Carolina High School Soccer - Cresset Christian Academy toppled by The Oakwood School
August 28, 2025: Greenville, NC 27834 The Oakwood School Eagles (Greenville, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Cresset Christian Academy Eagles (Durham, NC), 10-2 in a non-league outing.
The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Ridgecroft (Ahoskie, NC). The Rams enter the NCISAA Tarheel outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Ridgecroft was overwhelmed by Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC), 8-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 2. Cresset Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Quakers enter the outing with a 0-3 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC).
