North Carolina High School Soccer - Mount Airy toppled by West Forsyth
August 28, 2025: Clemmons, NC 27012 West Forsyth Titans (Clemmons, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Forsyth moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Watauga (Boone, NC) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 1. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Watauga lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Granite Bears confront the East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 3. Mount Airy will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the outing with a 0-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to North Stokes (Danbury, NC).
