Minnesota High School Soccer - Owatonna knocks off Red Wing
August 28, 2025: Red Wing, MN 55066 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Owatonna Huskies soccer team scored a close 3-0 triumph over the Red Wing Wingers.
With the triumph, Owatonna moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host Century (Rochester, MN) to clash with the Panthers in a Class AA Section 1 test on Thursday, September 4. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Century won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Mankato West (Mankato, MN)
The Wingers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winona for a Class A Section 1 test on Thursday, September 4. Red Wing will clash with a Winhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN). The Winhawks record now stands at 3-1.
