Hawaii High School Volleyball - Clovis over Hilo

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Clovis Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hilo Vikings.

The Cougars (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Santa Fe Christian was beaten by Kamehameha Kapalama (Honolulu, HI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 29. Hilo will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Diamondbacks go into the test with a 4-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA).
