The Conemaugh Valley Blue Jays (Johnstown, PA) volleyball knocked off the host Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Blue Jays now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Homer-Center for a Heritage bout on Tuesday, September 2. Conemaugh Valley will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
