August 28, 2025: Grapeland, TX 75844 Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Edgewood advances its record to 6-14 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Frost (Frost, TX) to play the Polar Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Polar Bears come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Frost won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Kerens (Kerens, TX)
Next, the Sandies play the Neches Tigers (Neches, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Grapeland will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 8-12 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX).
