California High School Volleyball - Tahquitz overwhelmed by Hillcrest

August 28, 2025: Hemet, CA 92545

Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hillcrest improves its record to 9-7 on the season. The Trojans travel to Redlands (Redlands, CA) to face the Terriers in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Terriers go into the test with a record of 6-3. Redlands lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Glendora (Glendora, CA)

The Titans now have a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Temecula Prep for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Tahquitz will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-4.
