August 28, 2025: Humboldt, IA 50548 Norwalk Warriors (Norwalk, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Norwalk improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Indianola (Indianola, IA) to encounter the Indians in a Little Hawkeye challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Indianola lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA)
Next, the Wildcats meet the Clear Lake Lions (Clear Lake, IA) in a North Central test, on Thursday, September 4. Humboldt will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA).
