August 28, 2025: Killeen, TX 76542 La Vega Pirates (Waco, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Memorial Christian Academy Warriors (Killeen, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, La Vega improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Snook (Snook, TX) to meet the Bluejays in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 28. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Snook lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Poth (Poth, TX)
