August 28, 2025: Mendocino, CA 95460 The Mendocino Cardinals topped the visiting Waterford Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Tomales Braves (Tomales, CA) in a North Central III game, on Tuesday, September 2. Mendocino will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Braves go into the game with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Grace Christian Academy (Santa Rosa, CA).
The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Central Valley (Ceres, CA). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Central Valley was dropped by Delhi (Delhi, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
