The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Butternut Midgets (Butternut, WI) and the visiting Winter Warriors (Winter, WI), saw Butternut's volleyball squad beat Winter by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Butternut upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Midgets travel to Chequamegon (Park Falls, WI) to play the Screaming Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, September 2. The Screaming Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Chequamegon lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Drummond (Drummond, WI)
