August 29, 2023: Melrose, MN 56352 The Princeton Tigers soccer team scored 6 points and limited the host Melrose Dutchmen to 2 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Tigers face the PACT Charter Panthers (Ramsey, MN) in a Class A Section 7 contest, on Wednesday, August 30. Princeton will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
The Dutchmen now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Crookston for a Class A Section 8 contest on Thursday, August 31. Melrose will face a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
