Oklahoma High School Softball - Dale bounces Putnam City
August 29, 2023: Dale, OK 74851 Dale Pirates (Dale, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Putnam City Pirates (Oklahoma City, OK), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bethel for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 31. Dale will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Community Christian (Norman, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-4.
With the loss, Putnam City falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK) to face the Panthers in a 6A District 2 challenge on Thursday, August 31. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 6-12. Putnam City North lost 20-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Southmoore (Moore, OK)
