With the win, Midwest City betters its record to 7-10 on the year. The Bombers host Choctaw (Choctaw, OK) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 31. The Yellowjackets go into the outing with a record of 6-6. Choctaw won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK)
The Bears now sport a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Star-Spencer for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 5. Marshall will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Millwood (Oklahoma City, OK). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-7.
