In Thursday's non-league match, the host Bullock Creek Lancers football squad scored a good 24-14 triumph over the Meridian Mustangs.

The Lancers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Carrollton/Saginaw (Carrollton, MI). The come into the Tri-Valley - White match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Carrollton/Saginaw was beaten by Birch Run (Birch Run, MI), 41-0, in a non-league match.
