Idaho High School Football - Pocatello holds off Skyview

The Pocatello Thunder football squad scored 29 points and limited the host Skyview Hawks to 23 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Thunder now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Idaho Falls for a 5A Southern Idaho - Foothills test on Friday, September 6. Pocatello will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 20-13 non-league loss to Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Skyview drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Vallivue (Caldwell, ID) to clash with the Falcons in a 5A High Country test on Friday, September 13. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 0-0.
