The Pirates now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Swansboro for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 12.
With the defeat, Dixon drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 5. The Blue Devils come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
