Ohio High School Soccer - McKinley toppled by Salem
August 29, 2024: Niles, OH 44446 Salem Quakers (Salem, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host McKinley Red Dragons (Niles, OH), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Salem advances its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Quakers host Alliance (Alliance, OH) to clash with the Aviators in a Northeastern Buckeye test on Tuesday, September 3. The Aviators come into the test with a record of 3-1. Alliance lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH)
The Red Dragons now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Memorial for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. McKinley will clash with a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 league win over Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-1.
