California High School Volleyball - Orcutt Academy overwhelmed by Laguna Blanca
August 29, 2024: Santa Barbara, CA 93110 Laguna Blanca Owls (Santa Barbara, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Orcutt Academy Spartans (Orcutt, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Laguna Blanca advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Owls host Santa Ynez (Santa Ynez, CA) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 5-2.
The Spartans now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Righetti for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Orcutt Academy will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lompoc (Lompoc, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
