The Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX) football tipped the visiting Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), 24-20 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Rangers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parkland for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. Riverside will clash with a Matadors squad coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Ysleta (El Paso, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 0-1.
