Pennsylvania High School Football - Sharon nudged by Cathedral Prep

August 29, 2025: Erie, PA 16501

In Friday's non-league game, the Cathedral Prep Ramblers (Erie, PA) football team edged the visiting Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA), by a tally of 43-41.

In their next game, the Ramblers battle the Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 5. Cathedral Prep will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Beavers come into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 16-15 non-league win over Green (Uniontown, OH).

With the defeat, Sharon drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA) to battle the Rockets in a District 10 Region 4 game on Friday, September 5. The Rockets enter the game with a record of 1-1. Slippery Rock won 26-7 in their recent non-league game against Franklin (Franklin, PA)
