In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Centennial Bulldogs football squad scored a close 18-15 triumph over the Desert Hills Thunder.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their match against North (Torrance, CA). The Saxons come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, North tipped Westchester (Los Angeles, CA), 52-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Thunder confront the Lehi Pioneers (Lehi, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. Desert Hills will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Pioneers go into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 36-0 non-league win over Kuna (Kuna, ID).
