South Carolina High School Football - Fort Mill tops Chester

August 29, 2025: Chester, SC 29706

The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Chester Cyclones to 14 in the Yellow Jackets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blythewood for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 5. Fort Mill will face a Bengals team coming off a 38-36 non-league loss to Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 1-1.

The Cyclones (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Copperheads enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Catawba Ridge lost by Dorman (Roebuck, SC), 30-7, in a non-league challenge.
