The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes football team scored 42 points and restricted the host Clear Falls Knights to 37 in the Hurricanes non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Hurricanes face the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Fort Bend Hightower will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 32-14 non-league loss to King (Houston, TX).

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Longhorns go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, George Ranch nipped Westside (Houston, TX), 48-7, in a non-league challenge.
