California High School Football - Golden Valley defeated by Crespi

The Crespi Celts were winner over the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies football squad by a margin of 41-16 in Friday's non-league test.

The Celts now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Crespi will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 70-37 non-league win over Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Golden Valley drops to 0-2 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, CA) to face the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, September 5. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-2. Lancaster lost 42-26 in their recent non-league game against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA)
