Ohio High School Football - Kenton falls to Shawnee

The Shawnee Indians felled the host Kenton Wildcats football team by a score of 37-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH) in a Western Buckeye challenge, on Friday, September 5. Shawnee will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 19-14 league loss to Van Wert (Van Wert, OH).

With the defeat, Kenton drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH) to meet the Titans in a Western Buckeye test on Friday, September 5. The Titans come into the test with a record of 0-2. Ottawa-Glandorf lost 21-20 in their recent league challenge against Defiance (Defiance, OH)
