August 29, 2025: Lexington, MO 64067 Lathrop Mules (Lathrop, MO) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MO), 44-0 in a non-league match.
The Mules (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Plattsburg (Plattsburg, MO). The Tigers come into the KCI match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Plattsburg was routed by Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO), 54-6, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Minutemen meet the Mid-Buchanan Dragons (Faucett, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Lexington will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
