The Parkway Christian Eagles got by the visiting Mt. Clemens Battling Bathers football team by a score of 12-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 5. Parkway Christian will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Monarchs come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 41-8 non-league win over Detroit Collegiate Prep (Detroit, MI).

With the defeat, Mt. Clemens drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Battling bathers travel to Detroit Community (Detroit, MI) to meet the Hurricanes in a Charter - Silver test on Friday, September 5.
