The North Central Thunderbirds football team (Farmersburg, IN), was nudged 10-9 in Friday's league match with the visiting North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN)

The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN). The Thunderbirds enter the Southwest match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Eastern Greene was nudged by North Knox (Bicknell, IN), 53-13, in a league match.
