The Union Yellowjackets football team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Philadelphia Tornadoes to 6 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Scott Central Rebels (Forest, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Union will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Rebels go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 17-12 non-league loss to Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS).
