August 29, 2025: Manchester, CT 06040 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT) and the visiting Windsor Locks Raiders (Windsor Locks, CT), saw Manchester's soccer squad hold off Windsor Locks by a count of 1-0.
The Red Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Middletown (Middletown, CT). The Blue Dragons enter the Central Connecticut - Central match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Middletown was tipped by Farmington (Farmington, CT), 1-0, in a league match.
The Raiders now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Old Saybrook for a non-league match on Saturday, September 6.
