California High School Football - Delhi prevails River Islands
August 29, 2025: Delhi, CA 95315 In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Delhi Hawks football team scored a nice 22-0 triumph over the River Islands Riptide.
The Hawks now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madera South for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Delhi will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 24-3 non-league loss to Orosi (Orosi, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, River Islands drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Riptide travel to Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA) to meet the Lions in a test on Friday, September 19. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-2.
