California High School Football - Terra Linda thwarted by Mt. Diablo
August 29, 2025: Concord, CA 94520 Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Terra Linda Trojans (San Rafael, CA), 16-8 in a non-league test.
The Red Devils now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Vallejo for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Mt. Diablo will meet a Redhawks squad coming off a 38-6 non-league win over Highlands (North Highlands, CA). The Redhawks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Terra Linda drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Napa (Napa, CA) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Grizzlies go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
