Illinois High School Football - Zion-Benton can't hold off North Chicago
August 29, 2025: Zion, IL 60099 North Chicago Warhawks (North Chicago, IL) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL), 12-6 in a non-league battle.
With the triumph, North Chicago upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warhawks host Waukegan (Waukegan, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 0-0.
Coming up next, the Zee-Bees meet the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 6. Zion-Benton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
