August 29, 2025: Gilroy, CA 95020 The Christopher Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Gilroy Mustangs to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Branham for a game on Tuesday, September 2. Christopher will confront a Bruins squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Harker (San Jose, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 0-1.
The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Del Mar (San Jose, CA). The Dons enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Del Mar held off James Lick (San Jose, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
