August 29, 2025: Winnetka, IL 60093 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) and the host New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL), observed Lane Tech's volleyball team hold off New Trier by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Lane Tech improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Champions travel to Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to encounter the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, August 29. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Trevians now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Forest for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 3.
