In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Bishop Lynch Friars volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Horn Jaguars.

With the win, Bishop Lynch advances its record to 12-3 on the season. The Friars travel to Guyer (Denton, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 6-6. Guyer won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX)
