August 29, 2025: Midland, TX 79705 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Blue Ridge Tigers (Blue Ridge, TX) and the host Midland Christian Mustangs (Midland, TX), observed Blue Ridge's volleyball team top Midland Christian by a count of 2-0.
The Tigers (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Callisburg (Gainesville, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Callisburg was knocked off by Howe (Howe, TX), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 2. Midland Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 17-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Joshua (Joshua, TX).
