Texas High School Volleyball - Carter-Riverside MacArthur
August 29, 2025: Irving, TX 75062 MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Cardinals (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Nimitz (Irving, TX). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Nimitz was beaten by Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the North Mesquite Stallions (Mesquite, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Carter-Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Stallions go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bells (Bells, TX).
