The Emerson Mavericks volleyball squad (McKinney, TX), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX)

With the win, Guyer moves its record to 10-7 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX) to meet the Friars in a non-league battle on Friday, August 29. The Friars go into the battle with a record of 10-3. Bishop Lynch won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Martin (Arlington, TX)
