Texas High School Volleyball - New Braunfels Thunder over Meridian

August 29, 2025: Round Rock, TX

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting New Braunfels Thunder Homeschool volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Meridian Lions.

The Homeschool (12-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 13-0 record. In their last challenge, Central Texas Christian beat Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Lions now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas Lions Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. Meridian will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over NYOS Charter (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 7-5.
