Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Riverside-Brookfield upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL) to meet the Redwings in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. The Redwings come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Benet Academy won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL)

Next, the Ironmen meet the Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Normal Community will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
