August 29, 2025: Nocona, TX 76255 The Savoy Cardinals edged the host Prairie Valley Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Texoma Christian Eagles (Sherman, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 30. Savoy will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Grayson Christian (Sherman, TX).
With the loss, Prairie Valley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bryson (Bryson, TX) to play the Cowboys in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Cowboys go into the battle with a record of 10-9. Bryson lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX)
