Colorado High School Soccer - Standley Lake knocks off Kennedy
August 30, 2022: Westminster, CO 80021 The Standley Lake Gators soccer team scored 11 points and limited the visiting Kennedy Commanders to 1 in the Gators non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Gators face the Centaurus Warriors (Lafayette, CO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 1. Standley Lake will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 3-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO).
The Commanders now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lutheran for a non-league contest on Friday, September 2. Kennedy will face a Lions team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
