With the win, Heritage upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Huskies host Broughton (Raleigh, NC) to play the Capitals in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. The Capitals go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Broughton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Panther Creek (Cary, NC)
The Golden Hawks now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Middle Creek for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. Holly Springs will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
