With the win, Oxford Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league game on Thursday, September 1. The Chiefs enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Sentinels (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Loara (Anaheim, CA). The Saxons enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Loara was nudged by Savanna (Anaheim, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
