August 30, 2022: San Fernando, CA 91340 The Vaughn White Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Chavez Eagles to 0 in the White Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The White Tigers now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Triumph Charter for a non-league game on Friday, September 2. Vaughn will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Fulton (Van Nuys, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their game against North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA). The Huskies enter the East Valley game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, North Hollywood gained a win over Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
