Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) fans left the game content Wednesday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 38-8 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Currituck County improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Knights host South Central (Winterville, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 2-0. South Central won 20-6 in their recent non-league test against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC)

With the loss, First Flight drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0.
