Game Summary

Latin Field Hockey tackled Naperville North in a 3-0 win, with goals by Fini Mendoza Pe�a, Abby Krasaeath, and Casey Mitchell. The team effectively used a high press and kept possession, leading to steals around the circle. With many shots on goal, the Romans entered the second quarter with a strong start and had an exciting first half. The third quarter was more competitive, with Naperville North taking more leads and moving the ball up the field offensively. Latin’s defense created stops, transferring possession back to the Romans to maintain a 2-0 lead. At the end of the third quarter, Casey Mitchell scored an amazing goal on a corner to solidify the Romans’ lead. In the fourth quarter, the team successfully used give-and-go passes to advance up the field. The Romans played strong through all four quarters and scored their second win of the season!
